Join us at the FIDA Footy4Everyone Cup on Sunday 12 April

There’s something pretty special about a local game of footy where everyone can get involved.

The FIDA Footy4Everyone Cup marks the start of the 2026 FIDA season, bringing together people from across the community for a day that’s all about inclusion, connection and a love of the game.

It’s a great chance to:

  • Watch a unique match between Members of Parliament and FIDA InLife Local Legends
  • Be part of a relaxed, welcoming community event
  • See what all-abilities footy looks like in action
  • Spend a Sunday morning around the ground with family and friends

The game will feature Members of the Parliament of Victoria taking on the FIDA InLife Local Legends, players who represent what the FIDA league is all about. It’s a simple idea, but it says a lot about what sport can do when everyone gets a chance to be part of it.

“We’ve loved being part of the InLife Tackle Free Carnivals with FIDA, so it’s great to be back for the 2026 season launch. We’re getting behind the FIDA InLife Local Legends, a group of players representing what the league is all about. It’s a great way to experience the tackle free format of the game.”
— Sophie Whitwell, Senior Community Engagement Manager at InLife
