Bec Garita

Bec has been working in the disability industry since she was 18. After growing up with a sister with complex disabilities, Bec had an opportunity to work in the industry and hasn’t looked back. Bec has coordinated 1:1 supports, group programs, getaways, administration and operational systems.

Bec loves working for InLife as she's able to provide support to her clients both in the background and in person. She's passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals and live their best life. Bec is all about person-centered support and building rapport so her clients are empowered to be involved in their own care.

In her personal time, Bec enjoys live music, museums, and art galleries. She loves camping and has a two-year-old cat named Terry.
