Belle Salas

Belle has been working in disability for 18 months after 13 years in early childhood education. Belle worked as an educational leader specialising in children who experienced trauma, ASD, ADHD and challenging behaviors. Making the move to disability to follow her passion, she started with InLife as an assistant before becoming an assistant coordinator.

Belle is an avid reader, outside of work you’ll often find her with her nose in a book and a cup of tea in hand. Belle also loves gardening, and has over 60 chickens of varying breeds – all of whom have names and distinct personalities which Belle will tell you all about.

She also loves camping with her family, often having no destination in mind and just seeing where they end up. Smithers, the doggo will often tag along on these trips and can be seen gallivanting around.
