Mel Falzon

Mel started-out in disability as a teenager in regional Victoria, juggling casual shifts with hospitality jobs including her own business running bars at weddings. But disability work felt like the right fit and has led to a career spanning more than 15 years including government and residential roles. Mel has experience with a wide range of clients from highly complex medical needs to Behaviours of Concern. Fun-loving and always up for a chat, she’s passionate about supporting clients to live their best lives. In her spare time, you’ll find Mel taking her two Staffies out and about and hanging out at local markets.
