Samantha Zimmermann

Samantha built most of her experience in HR working in Sydney in the public sector.

Her passion is coaching and mentoring leaders to empower them to make a difference, influence culture, build great teams and help each other thrive. Samantha is also passionate about building strong relationships and learning about people every day. She feels best when adding value and helping as many people as she can.

Samantha grew up in Wollongong on the South Coast of NSW and has a Commerce degree majoring in HR and Management.

She started working in the disability sector when the NDIS was first rolled out in the Illawarra/Shoalhaven region of NSW. This inspired her to continue working in the sector.

When Samantha is not spending time with her family (including her beloved Kelpie – Mango) she is often trying new recipes in the kitchen and exploring all the great food and coffee options around Melbourne!
