Sarah Dedic

Originally from Germany, Sarah moved to Australia in 2018 and has since built a wealth of experience in the disability and housing sector, having previously worked with a number of well-respected SDA providers across Victoria. With a strong background in administration and project work, she transitioned into the disability space during the COVID-19 pandemic and quickly found her passion in supporting people to find not just a house, but a home.

Drawn to InLife by its values and genuinely person-centred approach, Sarah was excited to come on board as client vacancy manager – returning to a role she loves with a fresh focus on collaboration and innovation. Her role is all about helping clients find the right housing and the right housemates, while building strong partnerships with SDA providers and the NDIA to ensure vacancies are filled thoughtfully and sustainably.

Outside of work, Sarah’s rarely sitting still. She’s an avid music lover who’s often at gigs, a keen traveller with a particular love for Asia and learning about different cultures, and enjoys cycling and spending time in nature.
