Construction starts soon at Narre Warren, the first of a number of InLife offices to open in 2024.
InLife is expanding, with teams now supporting more than 250 people across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
We’re opening a number of new offices to support our growing team in 2024, with construction at Narre Warren starting soon.
InLife has developed a reliable team-based support model that puts clients front-and-centre, and our offices will provide a physical space for mentoring, training and collaboration.
InLife CEO David Clarke said our people set us apart and you need a high-performing team to provide the highest quality support.
“We’re committed to developing our people to continually improve the experience of support and build the best possible teams for clients,” he said.
InLife Head of Finance Ryan Power said investing in our people was one of the many benefits of being a not-for-profit organisation.
“Our profits go back into what matters most to our clients and our people,” he said.
“These local offices will be exciting milestones for InLife in 2024 and will be hubs of activity for building teams and community.“
The new offices mean client service teams can learn and develop together, much like our business support team at InLife HQ in Melbourne.
We’re opening offices near our clients, with a Client Service Manager based at each one.
Narre Warren Client Service Manager Bianca Mileto said she was looking forward to having a dedicated space for her team.
“Even just seeing the collaboration happening on our first visit was awesome,“ she said.
“We have lots of clients in the south-east and this space will bring our region together.“
