Our model means there are no unexplained empty rosters and absences, because our team members work cooperatively to cover for each other. If something unforeseen happens and one team member isn't available, your support needs will be met by another member of your team. Your Coordinator will partner with you in this process and can also fill shifts themselves, if needed.
