Who we work with

We support more than 250 people living with disability. Our experience is diverse. We work with people with acquired brain injuries, autism, neurological disorders, spinal cord injuries, intellectual disability and more.

Every one of us is unique and we celebrate our diversity. That means we cater to the needs of each person we work with individually.

Whatever your situation in life, whether you need in-home personal care, support to access the community or a combination of both, we can help.

What we do

As a good rule of thumb, if you need support to do something, we can usually do it. Here’s a snapshot of the many areas in which we support our clients, but we can help with many more too.

Three layers of support

Inlife webicon Team Your support worker team

We build a team of assistants that matches your interests, personality and disability needs. You can be involved in choosing them, because these are the people who’ll see day to day.

Inlife webicon Coordinator Your service coordinator

Your go-to person when you call. Your InLife coordinator works with you to manage your team. We keep our coordinators' caseloads small so they can provide you with excellent support. A hands-on role, they’ll also work occasional shifts in your team as needed.

Inlife webicon Manager Your client service manager

An experienced senior manager who supports our coordinators, resolves any issues and ensures we provide some of the best service in the sector. Because they’re all experienced support workers, it’s also not uncommon for our leaders to fill shifts themselves, too.
