Ashlea O'Keefe

After working as an integration aid at a high school for five years, Ash was inspired to study teaching. But during her first semester, while looking for a job around uni hours, she spotted a Facebook post about a support worker vacancy. Ash made the switch from education to disability and hasn’t looked back. She loves supporting others to succeed and reach their goals.

A social butterfly, you will find her catching up for coffee or drinks with friends during her down time and looking after her two young nieces. During the COVID-19 lockdown, she got creative trading craft materials for pictures with them through the letterbox.
