Bianca started her career in the disability sector in Gippsland in 2007, and has worked in residential, individual support and transitional living settings, including most recently as a service coordinator at Uniting AgeWell.
She has a passion to ensure everyone is treated equally, is supported to be independent and can always have their voice heard. She is also an RSPCA volunteer and owns two horses (one a rescue ex-racehorse).
