Damon Perillo

He/Him House Coordinator

Melbourne

Damon's interest in disability services started when he volunteered in Cambodia as a 19-year-old. A musician in his spare time, he played gigs to help fundraise for a daycare service for children with disability where he undertook a placement. Damon also got involved in respite care and on his return to Australia began working in disability support.

Since then, he has continued to build his experience working in patient services at hospitals and for clients with a variety of needs. Damon joined InLife as an Assistant, before being promoted to Assistant Coordinator and then Coordinator. He’s passionate about supporting people to create connections in the community.
