Dr Dwayne Crombie

Dwayne has spent his entire career working in various parts of the healthcare system in both New Zealand and Australia.

His experience has spanned public hospital provision, community-based, mental health and disability services. It has also included funding of public health and disability services, aged care, private health insurance and private healthcare.

Dwayne originally trained in medicine and specialised in public health before crossing to the “dark side” to take on senior management roles.

Now retired, Dwayne relishes the opportunity as a director to help guide organisations through the many challenges they face in helping patients, clients and consumers understand and get the services they need and have more say in how those services are delivered.

While proud New Zealanders, Dwayne and Sue have lived for most of the last ten years in Melbourne and become accustomed to both the mad AFL culture and the friendly supportive environment within Victoria.
