Julie Todaro

Julie has built her career helping people to fulfil their potential, from newly minted graduates and senior executives to refugees in detention. She brings an expansive HR skill set to InLife, drawing on experience across big names in FMCG, pharmaceutical, medical research and the not-for-profit sector.

At InLife, Julie is focused on recruitment best practice, employment relations, and engaging and developing staff. Our team members benefit from Julie’s special interest in migration, too.

She holds a masters degree in migration law, spent a decade running a boutique migration practice and volunteered on Christmas Island. A foodie through and through, Julie regularly escapes to Gippsland with her family to stand on the deck with a glass of red in hand and ask ‘How’s the serenity?’
