Kealy Martin

Kealy started working in the disability sector in 2022. Previously, she was studying to be a nurse and working with in-home aged care. She chose the disability sector as nursing was no longer 'filling her cup'.

Kealy was attracted to working for InLife because of the value placed on both assistants and clients. Inlife felt like home and she described the work teams as 'amazing'. She was an assistant for 18 months, as well as working as a key worker. She was then promoted to assistant coordinator.

Kealy loves working with her beautiful team and amazing clients who fill her cup daily. She also enjoys the gym and the outdoors, including going for walks with her black lab, Bear, and family time with her partner and son.
