Meagan Phillips

Meagan first started working in disability while studying nursing at university. She chose to focus on disability as a career because she would wake up every day looking forward to work. Meagan also loved the fact that every day was different.

She completed a cert IV in disability and went on to further studies in community management, leadership management, parent training, as well as staff performance and feedback.

Meagan is passionate about delivering a high-quality service for NDIS participants. She’s also focused on coaching and mentoring her team members.

With a penchant for street art, Megan’s house has a door decorated with Marilyn Monroe and another one with Superwoman! She has a Lagotto Romagnolo dog called Daisy who has been trained as support dog. And she’s a keen Collingwood supporter!
