Rebecca Jones

Based in Ballarat, Rebecca first became interested in the disability sector through her daughter who has special needs. After helping her daughter work to achieve her own personal goals, Rebecca re-entered the workforce in a residential setting for people with disability.

She shifted to support work as she enjoyed working with people one-on-one and joined InLife in 2022. After working as a key worker, Rebecca has moved into the role of assistant coordinator. She’s enjoying the chance to continue learning and growing her career in the sector.

In her spare time, Rebecca loves catching up with family and friends and going to the gym – when she can make it. She has a cat called Luna and a Jack Russell called Daisy who causes more trouble than her three kids put together!
