Sophie Arblaster

Sophie first started working in disability part-time while studying psychology and sociology. She enjoyed it so much that she continued working as a support worker for more than 20 years. During that time, Sophie was able to work with people long-term including some young clients who she saw grow-up.

She loves seeing people reach their goals and is excited about taking on new challenges herself as an assistant coordinator. Away from work she is a dog-lover and has an American Staffy called Grover.
