Sophie has more than 20 years' experience in the disability sector. She started as a support worker part time while studying at University. Sophie enjoyed the work so much that it became her career. Sophie has worked for multiple organisations, and has experience with a range of people with different needs. This includes younger clients with complex medical needs, organising share mates to live with clients and managing staff and daily activities. Sophie also completed a Diploma in Community Services in 2023. Sophie has progressed her career at Inlife and loves that there are opportunities to do this.
Away from work Sophie enjoys walking in nature, swimming and spending time with her American staffy Grover.
