Tayla Edwards
Senior CoordinatorBallarat
Tayla has worked in disability for more than five years including directly supporting clients and in management positions.
She grew up around disability – her godfather is an NDIS participant and her cousin is autistic. Her main priorities as a coordinator are ensuring participants have access to the support services they need, when they need it. And that clients are supported to participate in all daily living activities and achieve their goals.
Tayla is studying Speech Pathology at university. She also loves baking but rarely eats her creations! She describes herself as a “little overconfident” in her skills and has even volunteered to make a friend’s wedding cake - in Darwin!
