InLife’s innovative new tech platform was in the spotlight at the recent L&D Innovation and Tech Fest in Sydney.
InLife’s new Client Advisory Group has launched with diverse voices and experiences.
InLife clients and supporters are sharing their opinions and expertise when it comes to how the organisation evolves into the future.
A new Client Advisory Group recently had its inaugural meeting at InLife HQ in Melbourne.
The group is made up of clients, supporters and staff members who will meet quarterly to provide feedback about organisational strategies.
Newly appointed chair Felice Vaiani said it was crucial that clients had a seat at the table in these types of discussions.
“I want to make sure everyone’s voice is heard in the process,” they said.
“It’s more than exciting, it’s essential for a good life and it’s in the name of the company - InLife.”
As chair, Felice said inclusivity was incredibly important when it came to meetings.
“I am approachable and open to everyone’s needs and opinions,” they said.
InLife Head of Quality Research and Policy Joanna Phipps is also a member of the group.
She said it had been six months in the making and it was great to get everyone together to share their opinions.
“It was wonderful to have so many people’s voices in the room and we are really looking forward to working together in the future,” she said.
