InLife’s new tech platform on show

InLife’s innovative new tech platform was in the spotlight at the recent L&D Innovation and Tech Fest in Sydney.

A group of InLife team members including CEO and founder David Clarke attended the recent L&D Innovation and Tech Fest at the International Convention Centre Sydney.

“The range of cutting-edge technology ideas was incredible. It was also good to see that we are definitely up there with the leading edge!” David said.

David gave a presentation on InLife’s new communications and training platform called Teamspace.

This platform provides a secure online hub for InLife client teams all accessible via mobile phone apps.

David talked about the challenges of the disability sector where frontline workers were decentralised, often working one-on-one in people’s homes.

“It’s really hard to get people in one room in our sector,” he said.

InLife invested in more than 70 face-to-face workshops across Victoria to ensure everyone in the organisation was on board with the new Teamspace platform and had access to the apps on their phones.

David said InLife was focused on creating a “continuous learning culture”.

“Learning becomes part of the overall service delivery,” he said.

InLife Head of People Development & HR Julie Todaro also led a session at the conference with Learning and Development manager Suni Sane.

“I felt incredibly proud to share the amazing work we do at InLife, and the way we have linked our communication, learning and rostering tech - for our clients and our people InLife,” Julie said.

The L&D Innovation & Tech Fest ran from November 8-9 with a program designed to explore the endless possibilities for re-imagining and re-invigorating the way we work and learn.
