20 February 2024
Construction starts soon at Narre Warren, the first of a number of InLife offices to open in 2024.
InLife team members shared their feedback in our annual survey, with 96 per cent of the team happy working for InLife.
Ninety-six per cent of team members are happy working for InLife, according to our recent employee survey.
Almost half of InLife took part in our annual Your Say survey, giving us a host of valuable feedback.
“Working in organisation that gives back to the community makes it feel like you have a purpose in your job.”
Head of People Development & HR, Jo Stammers, said she was happy to see such positive results.
“Our team members shared lots of great things about working at InLife,” she said.
“This includes our supportive and friendly culture, our client-centred approach, teamwork, and professional development.“
We also heard InLife’s values aligned with team member’s own personal values.
There was a strong result for safety, with 87 per cent of team members agreeing InLife provides a safe work environment.
“I appreciate InLife for actually valuing me as an employee and making sure that I'm looked after and not 'just a number'. It's really rare to find that in any workplace."
Team members also shared what training and development they’d like to see, which helps us to tailor the learning opportunities we offer.
“I appreciate the opportunity to do further learning if I wanted to."
Jo said each year we use the helpful feedback from the survey to make InLife an even better place to work.
“Last year, based on previous feedback, we introduced a new recognition program for our Assistants, we changed some of the training we offer and we focused on building engagement within teams“ she said.
