Fruit2Work joins InLife All Together as a Community Partner
Fruit2Work is joining our next InLife All Together (IAT) as a Community Partner, building on a relationship that has already supported several of our local offices.
Fruit2Work has supplied fresh fruit to InLife offices for some time. Now, the organisation is stepping up its support to help us bring the InLife Food Co Op Market Day to life.
Next week, around 100 members of our client service, executive and business support teams will come together at William Angliss Institute in Melbourne.
The space will be transformed into a market where team members can enjoy lunch and choose from fresh produce, bread and pantry items to take home. They will also be able to prepare grocery bags for InLife clients living shared homes.
Fruit2Work is supporting the experience with fresh produce, pantry items and 90 loaves of sourdough bread.
Fruit2Work is a certified social enterprise and registered charity that creates meaningful employment for people impacted by the justice system.
The partnership will not end with Market Day. InLife and Fruit2Work are also exploring how they could work together to help more clients access fresh produce and pantry items in the future.
“Fruit2Work has been part of our office community for some time, so it’s terrific to welcome them into InLife All Together as a Community Partner. Their support will make the experience more generous, while opening the door to new ways we may be able to work together for our clients.” - Sophie Whitwell, Senior Community Engagement Manager at InLife
“We’re proud to build on our relationship with InLife and support an experience that brings its teams and community together. We’re also excited to explore how our services could support more people across the InLife community." - Jade-Leah Rose, Business Development Team at Fruit2Work
We’re grateful to Fruit2Work for supporting the day and look forward to seeing where the partnership goes next.
