Executive Client Service Manager (acting)Cobey is dedicated to building meaningful connections and is deeply committed to empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals. With more than 15 years' experience in the disability sector, he has held a broad range of roles encompassing direct support, coordination and senior leadership. He has valuable expertise in forensic disability, through supporting young people and families engaged with the criminal justice system.
As an NDIS participant himself, Cobey brings a unique dual perspective that enhances his ability to advocate effectively for others. He has recently completed a Diploma in Community Services and maintains a strong passion for human rights, equity and ensuring all people are treated with dignity and respect.
Outside of work, Cobey enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his partner and their two young sons. Whether camping in their family camper, The Croc, attending footy games, or relaxing at Geelong’s Eastern Beach, they value every moment of their adventures together.
