Isabella Wilson

Isabella brings more than 10 years’ experience across the health and disability sectors. She has a nursing background, along with experience both as a Local Area Coordinator and Support Coordinator. Alongside Isabella’s professional experience, she has lived experience as a parent and carer to a child with a disability, which has strongly shaped the way she works.

She was drawn to InLife because of its values and genuine commitment to choice and control and strong relationships. Isabella is passionate about supporting people to live the life they choose and believes great support starts with listening, trust and consistency.

At InLife, a big part of Isabella’s work is building strong and respectful relationships, supporting people to feel safe and heard and working collaboratively with families and support teams.

Outside of work, she’s usually spending time with her son or planning her next coffee catch-up with friends. Isabella also enjoys being out in nature and in the community. She’s known for being warm, organised and always up for a good chat.
