Jimmy Baysinger

Jimmy started in disability in 2009 and has extensive experience across a range of support, training and leadership roles. He’s a strong advocate for people having choice, control and the opportunity to live the life they choose. Jimmy is passionate about helping people build confidence and advocate for themselves, and being at the centre of every decision that affects them.

He joins InLife excited to meet and work alongside the people we support, families and everyone in their lives. Jimmy believes high-quality support starts with listening and building genuine relationships, along with creating environments where people feel respected, empowered and supported to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, he’s a proud husband and dad of 2. His family also includes dog, Barkley, and turtle, Donatello. Jimmy loves spending quality time with his family outdoors. Whether that’s camping and fishing, working in the garden or cooking and smoking meat for family and friends.
