Kaylene Dawson is a commercial lawyer and professional company secretary with over 25 years’ experience in a diverse range of roles and sectors. With extensive expertise in legal governance, commercial and non-profit advisory roles, she's able to provide unique insights and deliver critical legal and governance advice that promotes strategic planning and manages risk. Kaylene has degrees in law and economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Having worked as a trusted advisor for a range of “for purpose” organisations, Kaylene is passionate about being part of a supportive disability services community. She recognises the challenges faced by those living with a disability and is deeply committed to helping them live their best possible lives.
