Lily Kane

Lily has been working in the disability industry for close to 10 years, starting as a support worker in a day program. This led to going on camps, doing weekend supports and also leading service delivery of programs. After finishing a Cert IV in Community Services and began working as a mental health support worker. Lily then worked as a psychosocial recovery coach and then a team leader. She also has experience in support coordination and specialist support coordination.

Lily’s goal as a coordinator is to promote an inclusive and supportive work environment that encourages choice and control for everyone. She ensures the team and clients feel like everything is a collaborative approach, while still having a laugh and some fun.

Outside of work, Lily is married and has a beautifully silly French bulldog who rules her life.
