Mandeep Kaur Pannu

Prior to support work, Mandeep was working as a business manager in mortgage broking. But after some significant life experiences, she realised her true passion was supporting people and making a positive difference in their lives. She’s never looked back. 

Mandeep has a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), a Diploma of Community Services and a master’s degree in professional accounting. As an After-Hours Specialist, she supports our clients and team members when they need it most. Mandeep enjoys problem-solving, staying calm in challenging situations, and helping people feel heard, supported, and safe. 

Outside of work, Mandeep loves listening to loud music to relax and unwind. Family is the centre of her life, and whenever she has the chance, she loves to visit her village in India. Mandeep also loves cooking and feeding people.
