With Marie Kondo-level tidying up skills Megan has brought her organising superpowers to the operations team (in a good way!). After working in various roles for an insurance company for more than 13 years, Megan has made the switch to the disability sector. She’s embracing working for a company where the client is always “front and centre”.

A mum of two, Megan and her partner enjoy sports, football and getting out and about (when not in lockdown). She also enjoys cooking and is known for her signature cob loaf.
