Mia Young

Mia started her career in the disability sector at the age of 18, joining a school leaver employment provider. Here, she closely collaborated with young participants, assisting them in developing life skills and exploring various job opportunities.

The dynamic nature of the sector is something Mia has always enjoyed, as each day presents new challenges and opportunities. She loves discovering creative ways to help participants achieve their goals and witnessing their growth.

Before joining InLife, Mia dedicated the last few years to working as a NDIS Support Coordinator, assisting a diverse range of individuals and their families.

Mia holds a special passion and drive for supporting those confronting challenges related to mental health, dual diagnoses, and behaviours of concern.

Between the ages of 6 and 15, Mia lived and attended school in Hong Kong, where she was exposed to different cultures and developed a love for travel. Outside of work, she is also a cat lover.
