Tom comes to InLife with a strong background in administration and disability support work, bringing plenty of organisational know-how and a genuine understanding of the sector.

With family members living with disability, supporting people to live independently and achieve their goals isn't just a job for Tom, it's something he genuinely cares about.

Originally from regional Queensland, Tom has embraced everything Melbourne has to offer. Outside of work you'll find him at a wine bar, walking along the beach, catching up with friends, or lost in a good book.
