Looking back at 2025: moments that made us smile

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on some of the everyday experiences our clients chose, created and enjoyed throughout the year.

As we look back on 2025, it’s the everyday moments that stand out most. The things our clients chose to do, create, celebrate and enjoy. Big milestones and small wins alike. Taken together, they paint a pretty great picture of the year that was.

Throughout the year, we saw creativity shine. Artists sharing their work with the wider community, whether it was James selling his prints at local markets or Joshua welcoming people into his solo exhibition. These moments were about confidence, pride and connection.

There were plenty of days out and about too. Museum visits that uncovered family history. Footy games at the MCG with sunshine, scarves and lifelong team loyalty on full display. Longer days marked with winter solstice celebrations, sausages on the barbie and good company soaking up the sun.

Baked by Neil made a return this year, bringing his world class friands to the wider InLife community and disappearing almost as quickly as they arrived.

Some moments came from quiet persistence. Like Mark reaching the top of the climbing wall for the first time after years of showing up and giving it a go. A simple achievement on paper, but a meaningful one.

Along the way, conversations mattered too. Through shared stories and podcasts, clients and staff reflected on advocacy, connection and what makes support work when it’s done well.

None of these moments are about ticking boxes or hitting targets. They’re about people living their lives in ways that matter to them. Creating, cheering, baking, climbing, learning and celebrating together.

Thanks to everyone who made 2025 what it was. We’re looking forward to what comes next.
