Qualified nurse Jodie made a tree change from Melbourne to north-east Victoria two years ago and took up disability support work at the same time.

She loves working one-on-one with clients and seeing them meet personal goals.

“The skills that you have as a nurse are used every day in support work.

“I think I moved around in nursing a lot because I always liked a challenge and I found disability support to be that challenge that I am currently enjoying a lot.”
