Caity suffered a stroke when she was just 19. Today she is a support worker assisting other people to live their best lives.

InLife has been recognised as a finalist in Docebo's Inspire Learning Awards 2023.
After launching a new learning platform earlier this year, we’re thrilled to rank among the top entrants in the Docebo Inspire Learning Awards 2023.
InLife was one of three finalists among hundreds of entries in the ‘Rookie of the Year’ category, which is for newcomers to Docebo.
InLife’s myLearning platform is a one-stop-shop for team members to access education modules designed specifically around each client’s support needs.
Clients can even choose to have videos created specifically about them, to avoid having to explain the same thing over and over again.
Training through myLearning is accessible on mobile and web, so it’s there whenever assistants need it.
Senior Project Manager Harinda Induruwa, who led the project, said he was proud to be among the finalists.
“To be selected is a pretty big achievement, not many Australian companies made the shortlist” he said.
Harinda said the project was more than a year in the making, and our support workers had a say in the platform selected.
“We showed them three products, and they were involved throughout the journey when we were designing it too,” he said.
“Based on feedback, 92 per cent of team members said they were happy with the training we’re providing.”
