Introducing InLife’s Housing Solutions team

We now have a Housing Solutions team, here for everything property-related for our clients.

Together, they manage everything from helping clients find a place to call home, matching them with a compatible housemate, handling SDA agreements, managing utility accounts and even coordinating maintenance requests and contractors.

Since July 2024, Property Administration Manager Michael Reid has been In life's go-to for property, and now the team is expanding.

Luis Ospina joined our Operations team in August 2024. He’s now working with Michael as our property coordinator and will assist with everything day-to-day in shared support and our 7 local offices.

“I’m excited to help our clients live the most independent way possible at home,” Luis said.

Michael said he’s a big believer that your environment plays a big part in your mental health and wellbeing.

"When your home functions the way it should, meets the standards you expect, and is also a pleasant place to be, it makes such a difference to your overall wellbeing."

New to team InLife is Client Vacancy Manager, Sarah Dedic. This vital role helps clients find a home - and potentially housemates - right for them, whatever their needs might be.

InLife doesn’t own any property, and the client vacancy manager role is one of the ways we maintain separation between housing and support. This separation is something we continue to advocate strongly for.

“We take the time to get to know you, and ask questions about things like your socialising style, visitor frequency and values,” Sarah said.
